When will the pre-orders ship?

Our estimated shipping dates are noted on all pre-order item product listings! Due to Covid related port congestion, we can only estimate within a couple months when we think inventory will arrive.

Does my card get charged when I place the order, or when the order ships?

Cards are charged when the order is placed! Pre-orders help pay for the production and shipping costs for the designs you're ordering! Charging at time of purchase also helps us avoid cards expiring, or charges coming in for customers when they don't expect it!

 

Do pre-orders ship outside the USA?

Nope! Due to the unpredictability of international shipping costs, pre-orders are USA ONLY! It's not uncommon for shipping costs to change dramatically for some regions between when we open pre-orders and when we start shipping out orders. There's no easy way for us to anticipate that difference in cost without overcharging our international customers. International shipping is already very expensive, and we don't want to charge any more than we have to!

 

If I have pre-order items and in stock items in an order together, do the in stock items ship first, or will it ship together once everything is in stock?

We suggest making separate orders for pre-order items however, an in stock item will always ship before a not-yet-in-stock item.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship some items from Washington DC, and some items directly from our suppliers.

 

 How can I be notified of the status of my order?

You should receive confirmation emails when you place your order and an email with tracking info when we ship your order! Sign up for email notifications to receive additional updates!
